4. At destination must we do customs clearance by ourselves?

Yes, the entry of goods of any kind to a territory outside the EU is subjected to customs clearance. This can be done by yourself or through us for a supplement fee that will be communicated to you in advance.

In some cases, customs duties and taxes will be charged to you, though in most countries, personal effects are exempt from customs duties and taxes.
